  • Ensure continuity of leasing initiatives, priorities, and outstanding action items during portfolio transitions and operational changes.
Leasing Performance & Strategic Planning
  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate property-specific leasing and marketing strategies aligned with portfolio goals and business objectives.
  • Analyze leasing velocity, preleasing performance, renewals, traffic, conversion rates, lead sources, and floorplan demand to identify performance trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate leasing pace against established goals, historical performance, and market conditions to anticipate challenges and recommend timely adjustments.
  • Diagnose performance gaps throughout the leasing funnel and implement targeted strategies to improve lead engagement, conversion, and lease execution.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to evaluate pricing, concessions, competitor activity, and demand trends, providing recommendations that support leasing and revenue objectives.

  • Partner with Regional Managers and site leadership to establish performance improvement priorities and reinforce consistent execution.
  • Lead regional training sessions, workshops, and meetings focused on leasing strategies, customer experience, technology adoption, and best practices.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
